Learn skills for writing in the sciences, including identifying and correcting common errors to write with precision and fluidity. We will work through several examples to apply the skills you learn in the workshop.

Research Ethics will be offering drop-in sessions throughout September, October, November, and December to answer questions related to the ethics process, including submitting, renewing, and amending an application. Come prepared with your questions and a laptop.
These sessions are for faculty and students and will take place in the Dana Porter Library (study booth on the main floor) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. every Wednesday, beginning September 11 and ending December 18, 2019.

We'll cover the length, eligibility, and procedure for a range of leaves (pregnancy and parental leaves, compassionate leave, sick leave, and more). We'll also discuss the repercussions or challenges associated with taking leaves as a faculty member.
