This training teaches participants how to recognize and support someone who may be having thoughts of suicide. QPR is an education and awareness program that provides direction as to how to Question a person with thoughts of suicide, how to Persuade them to get help, and how to Refer the person to appropriate professional resources.

Training content:

1-hour support group for anyone struggling with disordered eating or issues with food

All students are welcome to drop-in at any session to speak in a friendly, informal and confidential space The group will be facilitated by a student volunteer and a Campus Wellness clinician Sessions will run every 2nd Tuesday and 4th Wednesday of the month Sign up is available on LEADS or drop-in to any session
