Would you like to know more about Indigenization and reconciliation in the university context? Join us in the FAUW Indigenization Reading Circle. Your area of expertise doesn’t matter because there are no prerequisites! Together we will work at hearing Indigenous voices and contemplate what respect for Indigenous ways of knowing and being means for universities.
All members of the UW community are welcome.
Summer 2019 sessions are:
June 27: "Rethinking the Practice and Performance of Indigenous Land Acknowledgement"
Please join us at the Shad Waterloo 2019 Open Day Exhibits and see displays and demonstrations of the design project solutions, lecture series, workshops, and recreation activities.
The design project theme this year is "How might we help Canadians impactfully reduce our waste?".
The repertoire this term includes several popular ballet overtures, as well as arias from Massenet, Gounud, Dvorak, Mozart, and Offenbach accompanied by local favourite sopranos Natasha Campbell and Autumn Wascher.
