Margaret Hull, a teacher of Yoga at Queen Street Yoga, will show us that Yoga can be anytime and anywhere. Taking the time to stretch, move and pause can help releases stress, and enhance our focus. Seated and standing, we will explore awareness and presence in the body, the power of the breath, and some basic poses, with some time for a short Q and A.
