Are you grad student struggling to manage academic and personal demands? Are you worried about whether you belong or if you are intelligent enough to succeed? Connect with other grad students in an informal and confidential environment where you can discuss the things impacting you and learn new ways to manage.

This group offers a safe, confidential space in which to talk about the stressors in graduate school and life including relationships, wellness, worries about academic competence, loneliness, stress management and emotional resilience.

Connect with others, share your experience, receive feedback and explore new ways to manage the issues unique to graduate students.

Who can join this group?

Open to all graduate students at University of Waterloo.
Participants must be located within Ontario at the time of the session to participate in this group, due to clinician registration requirements.
