HRT is a fully automated proprietary trading firm; this means that mathematics and engineering are at the center of everything we do. We use computers to trade on markets around the world and have teams that deal with everything from research and strategy development to hardcore C++, low latency coding. This all takes place in our open and collaborative environment, where idea sharing is not only encouraged but valued as a critical part of our success and a reinforcer of our friendly, welcoming culture. In this session, our Core Developers will provide several case studies that show how they build and maintain the low-latency trading platform that drives our performance & trading at HRT.
