Please join the Murray Alzheimer Research and Education Program (MAREP) and partners for our 5th annual Alzheimer’s Awareness Month colloquium.
This event will feature a panel including individuals with lived experience who will talk about how music has impacted their lives, keynote speaker Bev Foster from Room 217 Foundation, and musical guest Michel Allard who will debut a new song written in partnership with the members of Memory Boosters.
Bev Foster is the Executive Director of the Room 217 Foundation, an organization dedicated to music and care. She is an experienced performer, songwriter and music educator. Her presentations are informative and inspirational. Each experience is a combination of song, story-telling and evidence-based content around themes of Music and Care.
Free parking is available but limited, so register early.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
