In this seminar, you will learn about mentoring, including its definition and purpose, the benefits of mentoring, the skills approach to making a mentorship relationship work, techniques for evaluating the mentoring process as a whole as well as how to be a mentor yourself!
Patricia started her career in 2012 through Bell’s Graduate Leadership Program after graduating from the Schulich School of Business. She has worked in various roles supporting business unit Grad Programs including recruitment, program management and leadership development. Most recently, Patricia was nominated as the Campus Recruiter of the Year and has been instrumental in leading the corporate campus recruitment strategy for Bell. In her current role, Patricia supports the Intern and Grad programs for Field Operations by supporting leaders in expanding their knowledge, developing skills and providing opportunities to leverage their talents.
