Speaker: Danielle Juneau, Senior Researcher at TWG
I work as a user experience researcher, bridging the gap between business and customer needs to help organizations make better decisions about their products and experiences. This field is experiencing a boom in Canada, with more UX Research job titles popping up than ever before. In today's digital product landscape, customer experience is the new differentiator. In this seminar, I'll focus on the role of UX Research in product development and service design contexts, and why I believe KI students are well-positioned for a career in the field. I'll also share my experience as a KI alumni, and provide some advice for navigating the career landscape post-grad.
As a Senior Researcher at TWG, Danielle Juneau leads research efforts at all phases of product development, from early stage discovery to post-launch product optimization. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Knowledge Integration with a specialization in Collaborative Design, and a Masters of Digital Experience Innovation from the University of Waterloo.
