What will the students hear?

We are seeking exceptional leaders graduating from university accounting or business programs in 2018-2019, enthusiastic about pursuing a career in accounting as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Our graduate positions offer an opportunity to work with a highly skilled team in a supportive learning environment, providing the technical and business skills development you need to begin your dynamic career.

Rotations and Mentorship

As a member of the CPA New Graduate Program, you will obtain the background and assistance needed to become a productive member of the Company's finance organization. The formal rotational program is based on the CPA experience verification path and will allow you to gain invaluable work experience through placements in teams of highly dedicated individuals across different areas of the organization.

You will also be provided a CPA mentor that will provide oversight to ensure the participants are receiving a broad range of opportunities and exposure to various topics and individuals.
