Mindfulness for Menstrual Health

We all know the struggle — those monthly aches, pains, and discomforts that seem to take over our lives. We either take painkillers or try to ignore the hormonal chaos... What if there was a better way? You've heard of mindfulness for mental health, but what about menstrual health?

All students, faculty and staff are invited to join us for a 90-minute mindfulness meditation session and embark on an intimate journey through your body; discover a new way to connect with and care for yourself during this time.

During this session, single-use and reusable menstrual products will be available for pickup. When using single-use products, remember to #KeepASpareToShare.

Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. A limited number of yoga mats and cushions will be available to borrow.
