On Friday, March 22nd, students from the University of Waterloo's Nanotechnology Engineering program will present their projects at the annual Waterloo Engineering Design Symposium.
Twenty-one project teams will present their prototypes, which include two unique approaches to water purification and a variety of products made from low-cost, flexible materials, such as a solar cell, glucose meter, and transparent display.
The event will be held in the William G. Davis Computer Research Centre on the University of Waterloo campus, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Visitors are encouraged to browse the interactive displays and meet with the presenters any time during the symposium. Attendance is free.
