Workshop Overview
Join the Sexual Violence Prevention & Response Office (SVPRO) on Tuesday Nov 12 from 10:30 – 11:30 for a Keeping Well at Work initative to learn more about menopause, its symptoms, and how it may affect workplace experiences and productivity.
Menopause is a transitional stage in many people’s lives and affects not only people experiencing this stage in life, but those around them, including colleagues, family and friends. Education, resources and support have the potential to create more comfortable and inclusive workplaces and empower people through this transition.
Everyone is welcome as we can all benefit from learning more about Menopause. For everyone experiencing menopause, and for everyone who will, to feel included and competent in their roles at work, it is important to de-stigmatize and normalize this conversation.
