Nordic Pole Walking is a low-impact exercise that provides great benefits for health, wellness and fitness for all ages and fitness levels. In this 4 week program, you will have the opportunity to work with an instructor to learn and adapt the proper technique so that you can optimize your fitness. Poles will be provided to participants at the weekly sessions.

The sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 12-12:45 from June 21 – July 12. The cost of the session is $50 (price include HST).
