Did you know that pharmacists are the medication experts, and so much more?
Pharmacist Awareness Week is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness about the role of the pharmacist as a health care provider.
This year, members of the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy chapter of the Canadian Association of Pharmacy Students and Interns (CAPSI) will be running many events promoting the role of the pharmacist.
We will be hosting a Health Fair in the SLC Great Hall on March 8th from 11am-4pm where you can find information on Multiple Sclerosis, Cystic Fibrosis, AIDS, Diabetes, Heart and Stroke, the Wellness Centre and the Ontario Cancer Society. We will also have current pharmacy students providing information on how pharmacists can help you to improve your health.
Join us in raising awareness about the role of the pharmacist, and to learn more about improving your health!
