Competitors will choose an important industry problem, and thoroughly research it to understand its history, scope, and impact, before pitching this insight to a panel of judges on October 17. Teams of up to four students are invited to apply and compete for a share of $7,500 in grant funding, to be used for R&D to develop a solution to the problem pitched.
