Yoga helps to improve various aspects of women’s wellness and bring balance to the mind and body through breath, postures and mindfulness. In the workplace, yoga assists with decreasing stress, tension and anxiety while improving energy, mood and productivity.

W3 (Waterloo Women's Wednesdays) is a monthly gathering of women and non-binary grad students, post-docs, staff and faculty that (usually) meets on the last Wednesday of each month.
