Join us for a beginner/size-friendly weightlifting workshop with movement specialist Sam Germann. Sam will share her passion for weightlifting and guide us through a fun and inclusive hour of movement, where you'll learn techniques that work for you. Everyone is welcome – no experience necessary! Sam Germann’s bio:
Having spent years towing the lines of diet culture and deeply engrossed in the cycle of under eating and over exercising, Sam has spent the past 5 years unlearning and rebuilding her movement practice. Now describing herself as a weight inclusive, anti-diet movement instructor, Sam is committed to supporting folks in connecting to their personal agency in movement spaces. Holding space for folks to explore what joyful movement looks like for them.
