Women in Insurance, STEM (WIISTEM) Program

WIISTEM is a new program that brings together 7 major insurance organizations with the express goal of attracting female talent from STEM disciplines into the insurance industry.

Applicants must be in their first to third year of study at an accredited Canadian University and enrolled in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

We are looking for candidates that have demonstrated analytical, problem solving and management skills, as well as have solid communication skills, strong drive and a curiosity to learn.

Joining WIISTEM will allow you to obtain work placements at two companies, with the opportunity to go full time. You will also have a dedicated mentor and internship buddy to help you succeed. The terms will come with on the job training PLUS shared networking opportunities to grow and learn.
