The Centre for Career Action will be hosting a panel for staff on Thursday April 28, titled You’re in charge: Excel in your career at Waterloo. Senior staff in different types of leadership roles will share their insights with colleagues at the University of Waterloo. This panel will discuss career ownership and respond to questions such as What can I do to gain the skills required for a management position? and What sets one person apart from another in the hiring process?
