The Wellness Collaborative is the cross-campus partnership to move the Okanagan Charter and Healthy Workplace Statement into action. All members of the University of Waterloo community are invited to attend this free event. The agenda runs 9:00 am - 11:30 am with informal networking and refreshments starting at 8:30.
On June 25th Entrepreneurship @ Environment is hosting Equal Entrepreneurs - women's voices on ideation, inspiration, and navigating entrepreneurship. Take this opportunity to engage with a panel of women on topics around entrepreneurship, overcoming and embracing obstacles, and the opportunity for women to use entrepreneurship to address social/environmental challenges.

Pilates is a toning and body alignment class that concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Pilates helps to build long, lean muscles and works the abdominals, back, butt, legs, and arms.
The benefits of Pilates includes toning muscles and enhancing posture, functional ability and body awareness. Pilates is a great addition to other exercise programs and helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.
This training teaches participants how to recognize and support someone who may be having thoughts of suicide. QPR is an education and awareness program that provides direction as to how to Question a person with thoughts of suicide, how to Persuade them to get help, and how to Refer the person to appropriate professional resources.
The Waterloo Insitute for Sustainable Energy is pleased to host Mohamed Elkadragy, a renewable energy scientist for an interactive public lecture that welcomes individuals from all faculties to join the conversation.

- All students are welcome to drop-in at any session to speak in a friendly, informal and confidential space
- The group will be facilitated by a student volunteer and a Campus Wellness clinician
- Sessions will run every 2nd Tuesday and 4th Wednesday of the month
