Depression is a whole-body illness: It involves the body, mood, and thoughts. In this group, you can learn how to recognize, understand, and better manage patterns of feeling, thinking and behaving to help you live a more satisfying life. You will also learn how to focus on pleasure, goal setting, and define your values, all of which can help improve your mood.

Connect with other grad students in an informal and confidential environment where you can discuss the things impacting you and learn new ways to manage.
This training teaches students, staff, and faculty how to recognize and support someone who may be having thoughts of suicide. QPR is an education and awareness program that provides direction as to how to Question a person with thoughts of suicide, how to Persuade them to get help, and how to refer the person to appropriate professional resources.
