The Excellence Canada survey is launching today. All permanent employees and individuals who have been working on contract for more than a year will be invited by email to complete the survey to provide feedback on the University’s performance in five key areas: leadership, planning, service to students, people engagement, and process management.
This survey is part of the University’s efforts to integrate the Excellence, Innovation, and Wellness (EIW) Standard, which is a national quality standard developed by Excellence Canada against which to enable organizational excellence, innovation and wellness.
Employee feedback gathered in the survey will be used to understand Waterloo’s strengths and areas of opportunity, address institution-wide gaps that are identified, and develop supporting initiatives to benefit the University community as a whole.
This survey will remain open until May 21. It includes 35 questions and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The survey is administered by Excellence Canada and is anonymous and voluntary.
