Board of Directors

The Faculty Association Board of Directors is elected by members of the Association and consists of:

  • the President,
  • the Past President,
  • one Director elected by and from each of the six Faculties,
  • one Director elected by and from Lecturers,
  • four at-large Directors, and
  • Committee Chairs as non-voting, ex-officio members

The Board meets bi-weekly September through June to conduct the day-to-day business of the Association. Five members of the Board act as representatives on the Faculty Relations Committee (FRC).
