Matthew Root

I provide support and strategic advice to FAUW’s directors, officers, and committees, and oversight of FAUW’s administrative functions. My background is in Labour Relations, specifically in the broader public sector and post secondary education fields.

Outside of my professional life, I'm involved in the Canadian Kennel Club Dachshund breed association with my two retired show dogs, and enjoy restoring mid-century modern Danish furniture. Most importantly, I'm the proud father of two amazing children.
