How to Submit your artwork

Brush with Art accepts the following:

  • 2-dimensional work (drawings, paintings, prints, etc.)
  • Low-relief 3-dimensional work that can hang on a wall
  • free-standing sculpture cannot be accepted as we do not have appropriate venues for such work at this time.

Please note: The Fine Arts faculty co-ordinators normally make all curatorial decisions. The co-ordinators consider the appropriateness of subject matter and design of the works vis-à-vis the venue.  More specific details about the program can be found in the Record of Submission form - 2019 (PDF) .

Submitting non-digital work:

  • Contact Joan Coutu at or leave the work and the Record of Submission Form with Jean Stevenson in the Visual Resources Centre (ECH 1216) beside the main office in Fine Arts.
  • The submission must be accompanied by the completed Record of Submission form - 2019 (PDF) .
