Eva McCauley's exhibition Face to Face will be in the Artery Gallery from November 13-18.  The opening is Thursday, November 16, 5 to 8 p.m., with live music by Celtic trad trio NUA.

The Face to Face Project:   An installation of paintings to convey the spirit of Canada’s cultural identity and increasing ethnic diversity.

Thirty paintings – 15 contemporary oil portraits in full colour of University of Waterloo students, and 15 monochromatic mixed-media paintings inspired by archival photographs of Canadian youth from 150 years ago.

Thanks go to the Waterloo Region Arts Fund, who funded the project, the 15/150+, in celebration of Canada’s 150+th anniversary, and the Art Fund’s 15th anniversary.
