DESCRIPTION:Steven Loft is a Mohawk of the Six Nations with Jewish heritage
  and\nis a curator\, scholar\, writer and media artist.  He had recently
 \ntaken the position of Coordinator of the Aboriginal Arts Office with\nth
 e Canada Council for the Arts. In 2010 he was named Trudeau National\nVisi
 ting Fellow at Ryerson University in Toronto where he continued\nhis resea
 rch into Indigenous art and aesthetics.
