Professional Development Talk - Artist Run Centres

Anne Bertrand from the Artist Run Centre Association

Details: Anne Bertrand will introduce the Canadian Artist Run Centre system and how to access it.  She will also talk a little bit about what opportunities are available within this system.

Anne Bertrand received her degree in Visual Arts from the University of Ottawa in 1986 after obtaining a degree in classical studies. Since then she has worked at Artexte and as the Director and Artistic Coordinator of Skol. She currently runs the Artist-Run Centres and Collectives Conference (ARCA), a federation of nine artist-run centres’ associations from across Canada.
