2022 Fourth Year exhibition - epilogue.

Fine Arts Alumni Mélika Hashemi is part of a group show in Montreal

Mélika Hashemi (BA 2017) is part of a group exhbition at La Centrale galerie Powerhouse in Montreal. Dot by dot like a baby gazelle runs from March 3 to April 7, 2022 and presents the work of Mélika Hashemi, Shirin Fahimi with Morehshin Allahyari, Iman Lahroussi and Nazlie Najafi as curated by Mitra Fakhrashrafi.

"When I remember Tony, the first thing I recall is seeing his past few days' drawings surging over his kitchen cork-boards. He had a totally engaged and insightful enthusiasm for all the details of making and experiencing art.  As a teacher, he never taught from on high, as a lesser person might have done.

Fine Arts Alumna Sepideh Dashti (BA '18) exhibits at Ruffin Gallery

Sepideh Dashti graduated from Waterloo with a major in Fine Arts Studio Practice and a minor in Digital Arts Communication, and then went on to complete her Masters degree at Western University in 2020.  Her exhbition, Counterpoint, is part of the new program at the Ruffin Gallery, University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, to exhibit emerging artists.
