The Nintendo Wii, one of the best-selling video game consoles in history, was discontinued seven years ago, which is precisely what makes it a robust, economical and flexible platform for game-related research and teaching. This workshop will walk you through the process of turning your Wii into a versatile tool for the investigation of homebrew games, hacks and demos written for a variety of historical video game systems.

This event is an opportunity to MAKE games, explore new game ideas, and interact with fellow game-lovers in an exciting and relaxed environment. Learn something, teach something, make something, and play something!
