Post-Doc

Yeti Li is a post-doctural student from the Systems Designs Engineering program.  Yeti is interested in exploring user research in the new era of automation that involves virtual reality and machine learning. He received a MASc and a PhD in Human Factors from the Department of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo. He is a co-recipient of a McGill Fessenden Innovation Prize to develop a game-based clouds appreciation app to raise the awareness of climate changes in the Earth's atmosphere system. Yeti previously worked at Facebook where he conducted research on the utility use of Messenger expression features such as emojis, stickers and GIFs.
