Cheyenne is in the fourth year of her Bachelor of Arts degree through the Faculty of Applied Health Science, specializing in Therapeutic Recreation. Cheyenne is also working towards a double minor in Gerontology and Philosophy. For the fall term, Cheyenne is working as a Research Assistant with the GHS team helping on multiple projects to improve older adult experiences in health care and everyday life. Working with older adults and improving their quality of life has always been an interest of Cheyenne! In previous terms, she worked for the University of Waterloo Writing and Communication Centre as a Peer Tutor, and the University of Waterloo Professional Development program as a Teaching Assistant. Further, she truly enjoys her time volunteering weekly with the older adults of the KW Seniors’ Day Program!
For leisure, Cheyenne enjoys playing soccer and completing jigsaw puzzles.
