Person writing something into a diary.

As part of our ongoing efforts to celebrate the Waterloo-Mannheim partnership at the University of Waterloo, we'd like to connect with all those who were involved in it, either in the exchange programs that began in 1972, or in the IcGS program that began in 2012. We'd be grateful if you'd take 10-15 minutes to answer a questionnaire we've set up below. Our goal here is to understand what our programs meant to you and how they've influenced your lives

If you studied with us in Germanic and Slavic Studies, but didn't participate in our programs with Mannheim, we're interested in hearing from you as well. The questionnaire has questions that apply to all of our former students, with some extra questions for those who were involved in the Waterloo-Mannheim partnership.

If you have any questions, or if you find you want to tell us more than the answer boxes will allow, please email James Skidmore, Chair of Germanic and Slavic Studies (gsschair@uwaterloo.ca).

Information and privacy: questions regarding the collection of information on this form can be directed to the form administrator.

Did you participate in any of the University of Waterloo's programs with the Universität Mannheim (exchange program, study abroad program, summer school, Joint MA in Intercultural German Studies)?
Would you be open to being contacted by us directly to talk in greater detail about your experiences? * (required)
We're interested in knowing more about how students view our programs. We also want to create a webpage where we can celebrate your memories and experiences of your time studying German at Waterloo and/or Mannheim.
