Joint MA in Intercultural German Studies

Taylor AntoniazziTaylor Antoniazzi was a Master’s student in the Intercultural German
Studies program in the Department of Germanic and Slavic Studies at the University of Waterloo. She completed her BA at the University of Victoria and graduated with a History Major and Germanic Studies Honours degree. Her BA thesis examined the role of the female vampire slayer in F.W. Murnau’s classic horror film Nosferatu: Eine Symphonie des Grauens and Joss Whedon’s TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. In addition to cultural studies, she is interested in applied linguistics with a specific emphasis on computer-assisted language learning.
