Graduate House Refund Request Form

Graduate Students that live outside of the Region of Waterloo (Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge), may request the Graduate House Refund prior to the last date of the Graduate House refund period and submit this form.

The refund period for each term of the 2017-2018 academic year is:

  • Fall 2017 term: September 11, 2017 - Sept 29, 2017
  • Winter 2018 term: January 8, 2018 to January 26, 2018
  • Spring 2018 term: May 1, 2018 to May 18, 2018

Please note that if you are living in the Kitchener/Waterloo area, you must go to the Graduate House during the Grad House Fee refund period to receive your refund in cash.
