Re: Systems Design Engineering Graduate Student Association (SYDE-GSA) Elections

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the GSA-UW Policy #22 – Unit Associations, section 6.1, and the SYDE-GSA Constitution, elections for the officers of the governing committee of the SYDE-GSA will be held from:

7:00 am on Monday October 30, 2017 to
7:00 pm on Tuesday October 31, 2017.

Notice is hereby given that nominations for the Officer positions will

OPEN on Sunday October 1, 2017 at 12 pm and
CLOSE on Friday October 6, 2017 at 5 pm.

Candidates may nominate themselves by submitting the form below prior to the closing deadline.

In the case where one candidate is nominated per position, the candidates will be acclaimed and no election will be required.

Please complete the form if you are interested in serving as an officer of the SYDE-GSA in one of these positions:

  • Chair of Executive Committee
  • Vice Chair of Executive Committee
  • Treasurer
  • Social Director
  • Academic Director

Descriptions of these roles are detailed in the SYDE-GSA Constitution.
