Information for

GSA Fall Consultation

Survey available September 25 – October 20, 2017

In order to serve you better, the Graduate Student Association has been undergoing a process of professionalization. Your current Board of Directors is preparing to make a few major decisions that will affect the course of the Graduate Student Association for years to come. In support of these decisions, we are reaching out to the full graduate student community for input.

This survey has four sections, each dealing with a different topic. The survey questions are open-ended, to allow you maximum freedom of expression. You might find that some sections are more or less relevant to you. We invite you to respond to any and all of the questions, but if you do not wish to answer a particular question, simply leave it blank.

To help us assess the quality of our survey sample, we kindly ask you to provide your last name, student number, department, and faculty. Your last name and student number will only be used to verify that you are an eligible participant in the survey. It will then be separated from the rest of the data, so that your responses to the survey are anonymous. If you have any questions about this verification procedure or privacy, please contact the General Manager at

The survey will be available from September 25, 2017 to October 20, 2017.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing from you!
