Please complete the form below to request an appointment for the GSA Tax Aid.  The GSA does not file income tax returns.  The GSA Tax Aid clinic will help you complete and file your own income tax returns.  Consultations are approximately fifteen minutes in duration.

Appointments will be confirmed in the order in which the request form is received.

All information submitted on this form will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of booking appointments for the GSA Tax Aid.

Appointments for the 2019 will open in February 2019.
