These include Tea & English with Nancy (on Thursday mornings; children welcome; this is not an English class, just a chance to chat with people from around the world; NOTE: Tea & English will NOT MEET on August 24th & 31st); the Knitting Group (some Monday evenings at Coffee Culture in Uptown Waterloo); the Cooking Group (cook and eat int'l foods); and the Gardening Group (care for and enjoy vegetables and flowers!). The Graduate Studies Endowment Fund
The Graduate Studies Endowment Fund (GSEF) at the University of Waterloo was created by a graduate student referendum in 2001-2002 for the purpose of “funding an on-going commitment to enhance the learning, research, and overall experience of graduate students at the University.” It is supported by charitable contributions of $20 per term from graduate students at the University of Waterloo.
