Description of study |
You are invited to participate in a research study examining methods for people to interact with computers and other digital devices. In this experiment, you will compose and transcribe sentences on a mobile phone with different input methods. This is important because understanding the characteristics and performance of human-computer interaction can discover new interaction methods and improve existing interaction methods. The results of this study contribute to graduate theses and faculty research. |
Participant requirements | Must be fluent in English (i.e. if you are not a native English speaker, having a TOEFL score above 110) |
Length of time of study | One 40 minute session, and one 30 minute follow-up session Description of study: In this experiment, you will compose and transcribe sentences on a mobile phone with different input methods. |
Other information |
You will receive payment of $20 after completing both sessions. |
