Our purpose for this study is to obtain reference values for ERG and OCT data in children and young adults to study children with HARS syndrome. Through this study, we will gain a better understanding of the structure and function of children’s retina and establish when the retina fully matures. The normative data will be used to investigate children with HARS syndrome (a very rare genetic disorder).
