In today’s diverse workplaces, being able to navigate, build, and contribute to effective teams may be the single most important set of skills an employee can have.
In this workshop, you’ll learn about tools and techniques that will help you build your awareness of multicultural team performance, navigate workplace cultural and communication, and use effective conversations to deal with conflict in international and multicultural team settings.
