Award of Excellence in Graduate Supervision - nominations now open!

Do you know a graduate supervisor that has demonstrated excellence in their field, as well as being a mentor, advisor, and role model? Nominate an outstanding faculty member who has demonstrated excellence in graduate student supervision at the University of Waterloo!

Visit the webpage for the guidelines and nomination form. The guidelines contain details as to what a nomination package must be comprised of, along with detailed instructions for the nominator, department and Faculty.

Jean Andrey, professor and Dean of the Faculty of Environment was the recipient of the award in 2014. Dr. Andrey was praised by students for her dedication to bringing out the best in every student, by both nurturing and challenging them intellectually to set a high standard for scholarship. A list of previous graduate supervision winners can be found online.
