  1. July 11, 2018Self-serve proof of enrolment now available in Quest

    Most students no longer need to order a proof of enrolment letter online or in-person. They can now visit Quest under the ‘My Academics’ tab and print a letter at no cost, at their convenience.

  2. July 4, 2018Construction begins in Needles Hall for new Student Service Centre

    If you happen to stop by Needles Hall to visit Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) over the next few months, you might be surprised  by the changes you find.  Construction has started on the new Student Service Centre, which is slated to open in late fall 2018.  The Centre will amalgamate the front-line services of GSPA, the Registrar’s Office (including Student Awards & Financial Aid), and the Student Success Office. Some services of other units, such as Finance - Student Financial Services, will also be incorporated. 

  3. July 3, 2018Office of Research is implementing a new research ethics system

    A new research ethics system will be available for researchers to use beginning August 13. In preparation, the current research ethics system will close Friday, August 3 at 4:30 p.m. Between 4:30 p.m. August 3 and 9:00 a.m. August 13 the system will be unavailable while all active applications are migrated to the new system. The new system will allow for applications and supporting documentation to be managed completely online, using electronic approvals, automated workflows, and notifications.
