You may apply for any, or all, of three terms: Fall 2020, Winter 2021, and/or Spring 2021.

3. Have someone submit a reference letter on your behalf.
Your application is incomplete without a letter of reference. The referee should be a resident or associate of the College who understands the role of the Don and knows you well enough to comment on your suitability for the role. Unfortunately, current Dons and/or the Student Council President cannot act as referees. The referee needs to address specific questions. These questions can be found on the Grebel Don reference form
Reference letters should be directed confidentially to Pam Bartel (Administrative Assistant to the Student Services Office) by Sunday, January 13, 2019.
4. Wait to see if you are invited for an interview.
The Don Selection Committee usually includes two Dons, the Student Council President, one of the Campus Hosts and the Director of Student Services. Interviews will take place shortly after the application deadline. Not all applicants will proceed to the interview stage. If it is impossible for work-term applicants to return to the College for a personal interview, a phone interview will be arranged.
