SAS use in the Faculty of Health comes in two different forms:
- SAS Server: SAS running on servers in the Faculty of Health and accessed via a web-browser. Health Computing can provide any Faculty of Health, student or staff member with an account on the Faculty of Health SAS service. Accounts are created upon request. Students from other faculties who are enrolled in Faculty of Health courses requiring SAS should have their course instructor contact Health Computing and request access for the term.
- SAS local installation: In addition to remote access, SAS is installed on lab computers in the Faculty of Health. The local installation of SAS can be purchased from the IST Webstore. Health Computing can provide assistance with the software installation.
