Kyle facilitates learning and development on a number of disability products for disability case managers. Kyle continually uses his degree, co-op experiences and over 10 years of industry knowledge when training and engaging with learners. Kyle works on a team that is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving curriculum for new hires as well as providing training for seasoned disability case managers. In his role, Kyle teaches learners how to review medical information from the treatment providers, collect functional information from claimants, review occupational information from the employers and assess contract eligibility information from client policies to make a decision as to whether to approve or decline a claim. Kyle also teaches learners how to effectively manage claims and bring them to a successful resolution.
