Healthy challenge

Join the challenge!

During the month of October, Healthy Workplace is challenging Waterloo employees to take on a healthy goal.

What will you challenge yourself with?

  • Drink eight glasses of water a day.
  • Eat three balanced meals a day.
  • Spend five minutes a day on mindfulness.
  • Take 1,000 steps a day.
  • Sleep seven hours a night.

The rules are simple:

  1. Register below by Friday, October 10 and you will be entered to win a prize. 
  2. Select your challenge for the month.
  3. Download and print your tracking card. You can also save the tracking card and complete it electronically.
  4. Record your progress everyday.

The prize draw will take place at the end of the Keeping Well at Work fair on October 17, 2017.
