The Department of Physics and Astronomy, as part of the HeForShe IMPACT 10x10 campaign, is hosting 125 students in Grades 7 and 8 for free hands-on activity workshops, inspiring talks, and a panel discussion, to encourage and engage girls in exploring physics.

Stemming from student and community feedback on interactions with health and wellness practitioners in Waterloo Region, this conference aims to provide local health and wellness practitioners, educators and students with education and resources to deliver affirming health care.
